The management of Niger delta state university wishes to inform the general public and also all suitable candidates who wishes  to further their education into Niger delta postgraduate scheme, that the institution has released it admission form for all candidates who wishes to pursue their education in that great institute.

Niger Delta DSU postgraduate Admission Requirements

Their are set down requirements and criteria that  are to be met by all aspirants who wishes to further their education in delta state university.

Most of them are disclosed below:

Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Science (M.Sc) and Master of Engineering (M.Eng).

The criteria for admission to the above programmes will be as follows:

  • All candidates must meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’ level.
  • Candidates with at least second class honours (Lower Division) Bachelors’ Degree from an approved University.
  • Candidates with a PGD at credit level pass.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)

All candidates must:

  • Meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’level.
  • Possess a Bachelors (Hons) degree from an approved University with a minimum of second class Honours (Lower Division) in the relevant discipline.
  • Possess Masters Degree with a CGPA of at least 3.50/4.00 on a 5.00 point scale for respective Faculties.

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):

The criteria for admission into the PGD programs will be as follows:

  • All candidates must meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’ level.
  • A candidate with at least third class degree in the relevant field from an approved University.
  • HND holders with a minimum of credit level pass from recognized institutions

Other Admission Requirements

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes: PGD shall run for a minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters
  • Masters (MSc) Programmes: Masters programmes shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters
  • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programme: Doctor of Philosophy shall be a minimum of six semesters and a maximum of ten semesters.

PART-TIME

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes: PGD programme shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters
  • Masters (MSc)) Programmes: Masters programmes shall run for a minimum of six semesters and a maximum of eight semesters
  • Finally Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programmes: Doctor of Philosophy programme shall be a minimum of ten semesters and a maximum of twelve semesters.

Application procedures into Niger delta  undergraduate degree programs 

  1. Niger Delta post graduate admission form cost N30,000 Naira only
  2. Go to NDU portal through this link below
  3. https://postgraduate.nduportal.com/
  4. Scroll down and click on admission status.
  5. Now Then click on application, Enter mobile number and payment receipt number.
  6. Fill the form accordingly and upload all documents requested.
  7. Now finally,print out your application form.

Other requirements

The sale of the postgraduate form will commence on the 20th of January 2020

also the post graduate for will be closed on the 24 of may 2020

  4.  Now multiple it by four
    I.e 50*4= 200
  5. Add up your jamb score and unizik utme score.
  6. Ok let assume you were able to get 250 in jamb
    250+200=450.
  7.  Lastly divide the score gotten by two
    450÷2= 225
